Born in New York, comfortable anywhere. Birthday is a creative collective founded in Brooklyn, by Corinna Falusi in partnership with Jamie Standen and Erik Norin. We bring together the most experienced and awarded creatives, strategists and producers to create ideas for the U.S., European and Global markets.

For each project we assemble the best and most appropriate team of independent creatives and specialists. Like an accordion, this custom team can expand or contract at any time as needed; the most efficient, productive and sustainable way of working.

WHO WE ARE:

Corinna Falusi – Founder
Former Partner & Chief Creative Officer of Mother New York and Ogilvy New York, Corinna has a vast experience in building and transforming global and national brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, Stella Artois, IBM, Target, Instagram and the United Nations. Under her agency leadership, Mother was named Independent & Global Agency of the Year 2019 and AdAge A-List Agency of the Year 2022. She has been named among the global Creative Top 50 by AdWeek, sits on the advisory board of the D&AD and her work has been honored by every major award show and was acquired by the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York.


Jamie Standen – Partner
Jamie has produced award-winning campaigns for a huge array of international and national brands, working in France at agencies such as Y&R, BBDO - and helping launch the agency Rosa Paris, which grew from a dozen employees to over one hundred, winning scores of accolades along the way. More recently at Ogilvy Paris, he led Motorola and IBM for Europe, as well as Mondalez snacks for a dozen European markets. He has been awarded at all the major shows and examples of his work are held in the French National Archives.


Erik Norin – Partner
Erik previously held roles as ECD at Mother and Wieden Kennedy in New York, working on brands like Absolut Vodka, Adidas, Nokia, Red Bull, MasterCard, Nike, Delta Airlines and Southern Comfort. The Heineken Light work with Neil Patrick Harris, Instagram Shopping with Celine Dion and the 2019 Super Bowl campaign for Stella Artois with Jeff Bridges and Sarah Jessica Parker are amongst his favorite work. Erik was listed as one of Sweden’s most influential digital creatives as well as the 9th best Creative Director in the world by W&V Magazine - a great honor.

Together we have won over 200 industry awards including Grand Prix and Titanium at Cannes Lions, gold pencils at D&AD and best of show at the One Show.

In our past, we made drinkable advertising for Coke Zero, got Celine Dion to shop on Instagram and “The Dude” and Carrie Bradshaw to change their usual drink for a Stella Artois during the Super Bowl. We got people to read entire novels on IG stories for New York Public Library and made a flag for refugees that was acquired by the permanent collection of the MoMA and the Victoria & Albert Museum. We brought “Targét” to Target, Ding! Ding! Ding! to Dave & Buster’s and Lil Nas X to Wrangler.

We created Heineken’s biggest viral hit at the time with Departure Roulette, kicked a soccer ball around the world for Heineken UCL, became the “coolest thing” at a TED Talk with a jet-lag curing shower for Delta, and with Nokia made the world’s biggest signpost. For Brother, we made label printers exciting for once. In Europe, we inspired travel on the Thalys train network via the sounds of the destination cities themselves, and upcycled surplus beer to gin for Paname Brewing Company.
